Returns outside of service hours
At Campus Wilhelminenhof, it is now possible to return items at the self-service check-in points outside of service hours (after 4 pm). The self-service machines (lending stations) can be used both to borrow and to return items. Once returned, items can simply be left on the red trolleys provided. The self-service machines are available Monday to Friday from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm and on Saturdays from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
The return machine at the Wilhelminenhof campus stays out of service.
The library on the campus Wilhelminenhof is an open-shelf library. Users have immediate access to the collection. The books are systematically arranged according to subject. The exact location can be found at: "Shelf mark" in the online catalog (webOPAC).
Journals and some other reference items are not available for loan. They are marked with "Lesesaal" (reading room), indicating that they can not be checked out.
